Fat Filled Milk Powder

Fat Filled Milk Powder is obtained by spray drying a liquid emulsion of skimmed milk concentrate with properly selected vegetable oil. IFFMP 28/26 is an excellent full cream milk powder substitute and milk –fat application base in the manufacture of: yoghurts , ice-cream, analogue cheese or milk beverages. It can be successfully used in bakery, confectionery and food concentrates industries.
